What is the Job Fit Score?

The Job Fit score is a composite score averaging the candidate’s results from the three sections of the assessment:  the personality test; the cognitive test; and the domain-specific skills test. 

We present job fit score two ways: Job Fit Score Summary and Job Fit Score Graph view, both shown below.

1. Job Fit Score Summary: In this tab, the candidate score can be viewed numerically and by item. In this view you can compare candidate scores side-by-side. Beside the candidate results is the target score for the assessment which is set by the organization.

2. Job Fit Score Graph: In this tab the candidate results are viewed graphically. You will see the score in percentage with different graph forms. Also, there is an option to compare candidates.
