  1. Big 5 Assessment: A 63-question personality assessment crafted to assess an employee's work-related behaviors, attitudes, and personality traits.

  2. Cognitive Assessment: evaluates strengths and weaknesses in Cognitive functions of Critical Thinking, (English) Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, and Abstract Reasoning. It has 4 parts with a total of 32 questions.

  3. Digital Literacy Assessment: tests knowledge of 7 essential digital tools like the Internet, Personal Security, and MS Office suite, enabling comprehensive understanding of digital fluency.
