Yes, upskillable’s recruitment process is automated with minimal human interaction.
After an organization publishes a job on the upskillable Jobs Board and Google Jobs, the candidates then starts to apply for the job. They are automatically put to take the screening, and other assessments like Job Fit, Personality Fit etc that the organization chooses while creating the job. Once the candidates complete the assessments, their results will appear in the organization’s dashboard. The Org admin then shortlists the candidates based on the assessment data for the interview, and then makes the eventual hire.
How do I create new stage in the candidate pipeline stage?
You can create a new pipeline stage by going to pipeline and clicking “Add Pipeline Stage” After that, enter the title and press add. Then it will on your pipeline.
